Monterey County’s leading AV rated law firm seeks Paralegal with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience, preferably working with Trusts & Estates law. Ideal candidate must have strong organizational and writing skills; must also possess strong interpersonal communication skills and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, as required. This position would provide support to attorneys in the Trusts & Estates practice group. Must be familiar with legal format, Court rules and procedures; E-filing and E-service programs; Case preparation, file management and trial preparation; Microsoft Outlook, Word and Timekeeping software; Jury Instructions; Lexis Nexis or similar database search.
