Landmark Hospitality is actively seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, full-time in-house Guest Experience Concierge.

Landmark Hospitality is looking for a person with contagious enthusiasm that can help us elevate our guest experience, providing customized interactions for our regular and VIP guests alike, elevating each visit, and making memories. This role will require you to be creative, thoughtful, and strategic. Must be able to work well with a team, but not be afraid to get your hands dirty. Knowledge of hospitality, food & beverage, and events is a plus.

The primary skill set requires excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, enthusiasm, and a no job is too small mindset.

This individual will directly work with Landmark’s management team. For the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity to join an amazing hospitality company that is growing very quickly, work with a variety of hospitality concepts, and elevate the guest experience at Landmark Hospitality.

The position will be based out of our Home Base offices in Plainfield, NJ but will require visiting all venues as needed. If you like making people smile, making memories, and love the hospitality industry, this is the role for you!

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday

Responsibilities:

• review all restaurant and hotel reservations daily
• personalize reservations / communicate with hotels and restaurant teams
• respond to all reviews
• responsible for all VIP reservations and follow-ups
• continue to expand email lists/ SMS lists by incorporating new programs to get contact information
• add relevant social media, guest preferences, and need-to-know information to all guest lists and CRMs
• work with all host teams ensuring host brand standards is implemented and adhered to
• assist with LMH social events, holidays, and special events to ensure guest engagement
• ensure all hotel guests, have a personalized stay
• Welcome & thank you notes
• memorable restaurant treatment
• complimentary amenity
• complimentary holiday surprises
• monitor 4 PM tea program at Landmark Hotels
• create a calendar for a memorable moment program for all Landmark guests
• assist with VIP program/App
• surprise for family, friends, and VIPs, who are attending an event

Keys to Success:

• Strong understanding of guest experience
• Understanding of partnership, collaboration, event/activation strategies
• Excited about great food, beverage, hotels, restaurants, and events
• Understanding a wide variety of brands and consumers
• Possess excellent strategic planning skills, with an emphasis on delivering, executing, and assessing action plans
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environment
• Highly effective communicator through email, phone, video, and in person
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver on strict deadlines
• Understanding of how to engage communities of energized consumers
• Proven success in scaling audiences and customer bases with a thoughtful, creative and analytical approach
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Self-starter who works well independently
• Adaptable and calm under pressure
• Demonstrated understanding/experience with the creative process and creative production

Skills:

• 5+ years of hostess experience or guest-facing
• Experience in hospitality
• Proficient in a variety of technology systems, especially Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite

Salary: $45K - $55K based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
