We at Ganzhorn are looking for an innovative, self-motivated leader who will lead the technology operation for a growing start-up Senior Living Community Management team. This is a hands-on, in-office position that will be required to travel to our Senior Living Communities. 50% of our communities are located in the immediate Columbus area, with the rest being within a days' drive. This role will be involved in managing and utilizing all technology used in our communities and headquarters as well as:

• Support/coordinate with third-party vendors on nurse calls, access control, EMR, CRM and other site-level related tech matters
• Administrate and upgrade all vendor-managed systems
• Purchase, install, and repair all computers and devices for all communities in alignment with the Executive Team
• Set up all software and user credentials
• Manage all company-owned cell phones (troubleshooting, setup, contracts)
• Work with our outsourced Help-desk team for in-person support and troubleshooting
• Extensive time spent on-site for support and special projects

Qualifications/skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or experience
• At least 4 years of IT experience, preferably in senior living and/or healthcare
• This position regularly requires long hours and sometimes frequent travel. Overnight travel, while rare, may be required
• Excellent people skills and the ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team
• Flexible, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while driving towards solutions
