This position is 100% onsite and interviews will be virtual
Expected Duties: Data entry of disputed transactions into our Core System and/or Visa (as in the credit card) software; other general clerical tasks
Desired Skills: Keyboarding of at least 45 wpm with strong accuracy; keen attention to detail; experience using Microsoft Outlook; ability to apply critical thinking to the information being processed in order to catch and question potential issues. Must be able to effectively communicate (verbal, written) in English. Must be able to work daily at AACU headquarters and during normal business hours: 14050 FAA Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76155. Must be able to pass applicable American Airlines and Credit Union pre-hire compliance checks.
