Job Responsibilities & Description Project Administrative Assistants:
- Assist operations with the documentation for all phases of construction projects
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses
- Process pre-negotiated purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders through the company's accounting software
- Attend project meetings and organize the general documentation for the projects
Job Requirements Project Administrative Assistants:
- Good oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities
- Document management and review: 2 years
