Your responsibilities in this role

• Researching and correcting account discrepancies
• Facilitating full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
• Performing other related duties and participating in special projects as assigned
• Put together monthly journal entries
• Aiding in audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audits
• Data entry
• Reconciling and leveling general ledger accounts
• Wide ranging experience with Financial Control
• Controllership experience required
• Foundational knowledge in Invoice
• Expertise in operations
• Experience with Invoice Processing
• General familiarity with construction
• Solid understanding of Fixed Asset Accounting
• Previous experience working with settlements
• Foundational knowledge in real estate project accounting
• Policy experience
• Good understanding of Expenditure
• Proven knowledge of Perform Ad Hoc Financial
• Review experience highly desired
• Comprehension of Business Unit
• Quality experience with Capital Management
• Reporting experience desired
• Well-founded grasp of financial reporting
• Prior experience with Corporate Accounting
• Hands-on experience with Corporate Office
• Skills in fixed assets
• Solid understanding of Legal Entities
• Practical knowledge of real estate
• Earlier work involving GAAP Accounting
• Proficiency in Interprets
• Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required
• Detailed and have the ability work independently
• AA degree or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, vlookups) is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
• 1 year of relevant accounting experience necessary
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
