You will contribute by:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse team in the fulfilment of customer orders
• Ensuring proper execution of all established quality, safety & sanitation practices of warehouse operations
• Collaborating with the Shift Manager to contribute to the development of employee performance
• Providing continuous feedback to Warehouse Associates to improve employee relations & retention.
• Performing audits, accident investigations and making recommendations for distribution center improvement
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Grocery (dry goods) – about 50°- 90°
• Perishable (Refrigerated) – about 28°- 60°
• Frozen – about -20° - 0°

We’re searching for candidates with:

• 2-5 years of related experience as a warehouse lead or supervisor is highly desired (managing 15+ employees)
• Exposure to warehouse management systems, voice recognition, inventory control and/or labor management a plus
• Dynamic manager, comfortable speaking in large groups
• Open scheduling availability (nights and/or weekends may be required)
• The ability to safely & efficiently move merchandise up to 60lbs & stand/walk up to 12 hours
• Desire to work with a team to support causes that positively impact our communities
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Ability and willingness to follow and reinforce all safety policies and procedures
