Summary and Scope: Reporting to the president/ CEO, the Vice President, Member Relations primary responsibility is to provide overall strategic leadership, recruitment, and planning for the membership (both current and prospective). The VP is responsible for achieving revenue objectives and overseeing the department’s operating budget. They serve as the senior management liaison to build and maintain working relationships with member partners, and vendors. This personprovides supervision and directs the Member Services and Events and Engagement Team toward achieving goals and objectives.

Essential Duties:

§ Provide overall strategic leadership, recruitment and planning for organization’s membership benefits and programs, including but not limited to educational services, corporate events, promotions, and affinity programs.

§ Review and evaluate financial impact and look at opportunity to engage promotional efforts and maximize opportunities to gain more customers/prospects.

§ Establish effective membership recruitment activities that result in increased membership and sponsorship to achieve revenue goals; act as membership liaison for existing members; oversee member engagement initiatives that support the strategic direction.

§ Develop strategic goals and objectives including annual business plan.

§ Develop and oversee operating budget including expense and revenue goals and objectives.

§ Research and/or make recommendations defining member value proposition, new member benefit programs, and develop cost-benefit analysis for potential benefits and programs.

§ Foster opportunities to increase collaboration between PCBI and PCI/ICI services.

§ Serve as the senior management liaison with partners, vendors, and local chambers, including but not limited to PCI/ICI and PCI Services, Inc. regarding member relations.

§ Supervision of team members which includes hiring, training, monitoring performance and work quantity, conducting performance evaluations and developing goals and objectives for personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
