Staff Accountant Job at Reliance Health Care, Inc.
Outstanding STAFF ACCOUNTANT opportunity in Conway with Reliance Health Care, Inc.
Job duties to include:
- Weekly processing of refunds from accounts receivable
- Monthly reconciliation of bank statements for both operating and petty cash accounts (75-100 reconciliations each month)
- Monthly audit of petty cash policies
- Monthly reconciliations of various balance sheet accounts
- Sales & Use Tax Reporting - performed monthly, quarterly or annually as required by the state
- Semi-annual Balance Sheet Review
- Semi-annual PRF Reporting
- Annual property tax assessments
- Annual escheatment process
- Assist in the processing of annual cost reports
- Record journal entries as needed
Skills/Qualities required for successful performance:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
- Well organized and professional
- Proficient in Excel and Adobe Pro
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years' bookkeeping experience
Reliance Health Care is a company that recognizes its employees and offers competitive salaries with excellent benefits.
