Sr Manager, Business Systems - Remote Irving, TX or Alpharetta, GA Job at MCKESSON
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the design, implementation and ongoing operations of S&P’s systems landscape, streamlining operations by standardizing processes, identifying and resolving root cause issues, and ensuring that all system capabilities are fully leveraged to provide maximum value to S&P
Ensure system design supports approved buying channels and eliminates system loopholes to support policy compliance
Work closely with IT , systems suppliers and technical administrators to ensure optimal system delivery/efficiency including global standardization of common systems (i.e. Ariba, salesforce)
Ensure availability and performance of the existing systems
Manage the supplier relationships with the systems and tools S&P utilizes
Partner with Sourcing & Category Leads, Analytics & reporting team, and S&P leadership to understand functional needs of the organization, and work to design and implement solutions
Own Guided Buying CSAT and drive score improvements and higher participation rates
Lead, develop and performance manage team members to create a highly performing team

Our Base Pay Range for this position
