As Thrive Drip Spa continues to grow, we are wanting to hire a Spa Manager Trainee for our North McAllen Location. We are looking for someone who has a passion for health and wellness. The position would include the following duties:

1). Manage drip hydration spa that provides IV hydration services, Emsculpt, infra-red pod and vitamin boosters to clients.

2). Create aggressive guest satisfaction action plan to attain maximum customer satisfaction, repeat business and outstanding reviews.

3). Manage appointment bookings, POS systems, equipment storage & maintenance, supplies and products.

4). Manage all building maintenance issues and facility aesthetics.

5). Train all new hires on computer system, POS terminal and operational procedures.

6). Maintain inventory and monitor records of all products and supplies.

7). Be knowledgable on the different services provided.

8). Train employees, coordinate scheduling, process payroll and provide quality customer care increasing revenue and building long-term client relationships.

9). Establish budgetary controls, inventory procedures and modify pay structure to increase spa's profitability.

10).Arrange logistics for monthly facility events/meetings, including creating customized itineraries for various group meetings.

11).Update comprehensive standard facility operations manual, including written policies and procedures for all spa facility services, administration and maintenance.

12).Assist in the Design of marketing materials and spa menu; maintain monthly promotional mailers and client database.

13).Assist in the creation of promotional and seasonal content for the spa social media pages.

14).Organize and keep key performance indicators of the business.

15).Cover various shifts at the drip spa and special events.

16).Team leader who knows how to delegate.

17).Spa hours are M-F 9-7 and S/S 10-6.

18).A retail background is a plus and two plus (2+) years of experience is requested. Needs to adapt to a flexible work schedule.

19).In addition to the standard pay, bonus pay can be achieved.
