Join our growing team of creative professionals! America’s Floor Source, one of the nation’s largest flooring companies, is seeking a full-time Social Media Specialist at our Columbus headquarters. This position requires a thorough understanding of primary social media channels, creative development and execution of paid and organic campaigns, strong writing skills – as well as an aptitude for composition and basic design principles. Flooring experience may be helpful but is not required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Shared administration of social media content: paid & organic
• Creative concept: marketing strategy, campaigns, content
• Collaboration with Graphic Designer to develop assets for use across brands/channels
• Facebook Group management
• Video/photo capture, as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Fundamental Requirements:

• Dynamic understanding of social media best practice, paid and organic
• Expertise developing engaging social media content
• Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to quickly learn new software platforms
• Creative approach to business, positive and energetic attitude
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Self-motivated, results oriented, and accountable
• Professional demeanor and ability to present oneself well to the public
• Multi-tasking skill, remaining focused and productive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
