Service Appointment Coordinator Job at Brickner's of Wausau
Brickners of Wausau is looking to hire an experienced Appointment Coordinator to add to our team.
Duties will include:
*Answering phone calls for customers requesting service appointments
*Monitoring inbound communications with service customers to ensure prompt communication
*Assisting with inbound sales calls and internet leads on a fill in basis
*Appraising of vehicles in the service department
*Communicating with Technicians and Service Advisors on the status of repairs.
Strong phone, typing, and customer service skills are a must. Some technical knowledge of vehicles would be a plus but are not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 per week
