Position Overview
Infina is seeking a highly skilled Senior Writer/Editor to support the FAA’s office of communications (AOC) with their strategic communications initiatives. This individual must have strong writing and interpersonal skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic communications expertise related to aviation-specific industry trends and analysis
- Create content for web pages
- Assist the FAA in the research, analysis, development, and management of marketing and communications programs, activities, and tactics
- provide broad and detailed communications services to ensure announcements and communications effectively reach target audiences for executive-level communications
- Assist with content and marketing-communications collateral, as well as speech writing support for internal and external communications writing and editorial support
Qualifications
Additional Information
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Media Communications or English
- Must have at least eight (8) to twelve (12) years of experience
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience with 508 compliance is a plus
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
