We are looking to hire our first in-house Recruiter with People Operations experience to help the Helium Foundation transition to the next stage of growth. We have several immediate critical hiring needs and are looking for an exceptional experienced Recruiter to hit the ground running.

We're open to a range of applicants at this time from mid-career to senior.

Title and compensation will be commensurate with experience and expertise.

Your role:

• Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand their team needs and provide qualified and prepared candidates to meet those needs.
• Actively source passive talent and screen inbound applicants.
• Prioritize building a diverse team at every step of the recruiting process, ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts and interviews provide candidates of all backgrounds with equal, unbiased consideration and opportunity
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience.
• Ensure that operational excellence and efficiency are at the forefront of your process.
• Present market intelligence and pipeline funnel metrics to inform your search strategy, building a trusting and credible relationship with hiring partners.
• Own People Operations functions: onboarding, background checks, laptop distribution, new hire orientation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer presentation experience.
• Technical and nontechnical recruiting experience at all levels.
• Analyzing market trends and reporting back insights to the business
• Managing top talent and providing a seamless candidate experience
• Running searches with multiple sourcing channels
• Utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipeline and stay organized
• Working in an evolving company and have helped build processes and infrastructure within recruiting
• Experience partnering and advising C-level executives on best Talent and People Operations practices.
• Motivation to step in and help the team as needed

Nice to have:

• Previous experience as a first Recruiter.
• Experience with compensation tools and pay scale recommendations for individual roles.
• People Operations or Human Resources experience
• Onboarding and office management experience
• Nonprofit experience
• Startup experience
• Basic understanding of web3, blockchain, crypto, and/or foundation experience.
