Who are our CEO Guides?

Our CEO guides are called Vistage Chairs. They are experienced leaders who know the demands and complexities of leading a business. They bring decades of experience navigating C-Suite responsibilities and are inspired to guide them to new levels of success.

Your role as Vistage Chair

As a Chair, you facilitate a confidential peer advisory group meeting each month with 12-16 executives from non-competing industries. Members discuss their most pressing issues and opportunities, gathering insights from those who’ve tackled similar situations.

Between group meetings, you connect one-to-one with each member for a deeper dive into their unique challenges. Vistage gives you a time-tested model and world-class support that delivers proven results.

As a Vistage Chair you would:

• be given the knowledge, resources and support to help your client members reach their greatest heights as business leaders.
• use a time-tested model that delivers proven results.
• have the backing and recognition that comes with a world class global brand.

You would be responsible for asking difficult questions to motivate high-impact decisions; frame issues to inspire robust discussions and critical thinking; and collaborate with your client-members to help them map out a plan of action.

Qualifications

Vistage Chairs are former or transitioning C-Level executives, Chairman, President with at least $5M of P&L responsibility and the following attributes:

• have a passion for mentoring others,
• experience in leading a high-performing team,
• ability to listen to — and challenge — CEOs and senior executives,
• have achieved great success in business, and
• are driven to give back.
