The primary purpose of this position is to prepare schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels in the Nursing department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern medical records, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with staff, residents, families and visitors
  • Must possess strong organizational and clerical skills to include staffing, scheduling and computer skills
