The IT Operations team is looking for a Financial Admin ERP expert with skillsets across multiple platforms. We are currently running Oracle EBS and planning for a migration to SAP Hana. Experience in application administration across the two platforms and understanding business processes is critical to succeed. This role will work across both platforms from support, being a project resource and guide with the migration to SAP Hana. After migration, the candidate will transition to SAP Hana focused application administrator. * This position is a remote position for Ashburn, VA, Garland, TX, Chicago, IL, Sacramento, CA, Hillsboro, OR, Phoenix, AZ, Santa Clara, CA, must live no farther than 60 miles from a current Data Center location and may be required to work onsite at times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (skills below for both Oracle EBS and SAP HANA systems)

Application and database, tuning, performance monitoring and troubleshooting
Analysis of Oracle Applications processes and features for Key Business Stakeholders, and how they would translate to SAP Hana processes
ERP migration experience, technical role in an Oracle to SAP Hana integration, including requirement definition, design, development, and cutover
Creation of database objects (tables, indexes)
Implement database components and package execution
Implement and maintain security, managing users (roles, access)
Provide application systems administration including management and maintenance
Working with clients to design application solutions that address business problems and may be communicated to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
Integration into different systems, and exposure to different remote access options
System administration using tools specific to each system
Implementing table management techniques - data compression, table partition, compression techniques, and load/unload table into memory
Installation, data provisioning, administration, modelling
Build and maintain design documents, SOPs, RFPs, and estimation plans
Experience with high availability and backup mechanism
Implementation of ERP systems, creation of multiple legal entities (LLC)
Performs other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Financial background with AR, AP, GL, Procurement understanding
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical multi-functional teams spread across regions
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects with conflicting deadlines
A team player with the ability and desire to collaborate effectively with peers and stakeholders
Strong SQL query writing skills
Able to be highly confidential
Manages stress and/or fast-pace effectively

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of Sap HANA and Oracle EBS administration, production support in large environments
Experience in implementation and configuration of SAP Hana
Experience in implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS
Participation in 2 or more migrations from Oracle EBS to SAP Hana

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, bending, and lifting
Able to hear and speak on a telephone
Close visual work on a computer terminal, whiteboards, printed documents, and blueprints
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments
Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
Able to climb a ladder and work on a raised platform

WORK CONDITIONSThis position is expected to be remote with occasional need to be on-site in a shared workspace.
Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer; construction sites; confined locations with IT equipment

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSMust possess a current, valid state issued driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $98,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
