About the Role:

The Sales Team at Knot combines deep product and industry knowledge and is focused on bringing Knot's solutions to fintech companies across the country and abroad. You'll be a key individual helping us achieve this mission. Your focus will be identifying and engaging with leading fintechs, build long-lasting relationships with these companies, and develop plans to implement Knot to help them achieve their growth goals.

The candidate should be a hands-on sales leader with strong communication skills and experience in B2B SaaS Fintech SMB/Enterprise sales. Must self-starter, who works well independently, as well as in a team environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on Knot, conveying value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee all commercial activities (outbound/inbound, evaluation, negotiation, closing).
    • Source sales opportunities - prospecting, email campaigns, social, video, events and phone.
    • Generate a pipeline.
    • Qualify and convert Inbound Leads on your own Discovery calls.
  • Refine our sales playbooks, including our outbound target account strategy.
  • Work with Marketing to refine our market positioning, and create multi-touch account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Work with our cross-functional teams to help drive the product roadmap.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of B2B sales experience in startups or scale-up environments.
  • Passion for SaaS and/or Fintech.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and curious to learn.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strong prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills.
  • Strong executive and sales presence.
