Now accepting applications for a Regional Nurse Manager to achieve and monitor excellent standards of resident care in two area nursing homes in VA and MD. Current state licenses as a Registered Nurse required. This position supports and oversees all aspects clinical care and performance in these homes. This position will be reporting directly to the Director of Operations. They will monitor and report on clinical metrics and will develop and support the Director of Nurses in their market. This is a hands-on position that focuses on mentoring and improving the performance of all nurses through program development and education with the goal of excellent service and compassionate care. You will develop QAPI programs, conduct mock surveys, and have daily/weekly visits to the facilities.

What We are Looking for

• 2-3 years of Director of Nursing experience in skilled nursing setting or appropriate hospital experience.
• History of survey success and knowledge of Federal and State Regulations
• Superb customer service skills as well as the ability to build a strong culture and retain staff
• Regional Nurse Manager who LOVES seniors and loves to educate staff | Provide best possible care for residents
• A leader who communicates well with staff, residents and families
• Unencumbered Virginia and Maryland RN License

Salary Range:

100-130k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
