Position Summary:
The Recruiter-Talent Sourcer is responsible for managing MHS internal transfer process. This position requires a service-oriented individual with the ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced, team environment. The. Recruiter must manage multiple conflicting priorities, demonstrate a high attention to detail and form effective partnerships with MHS leadership, candidates, peers, service providers and academic institutions. Work situations require organization, prioritization, resourcefulness, initiative, persuasiveness, and a sense of urgency balanced with discretion and good judgment in decision-making. Areas of responsibility include defining job requirements; identifying qualified internal candidates; prescreening; consulting on selection processes, initiate the internal transfer, working with compensation, extending offers and serving as an ambassador for MultiCare.
Minimum Requirements:
2 years recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or union setting
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional qualifying work experience may be substituted for education
HR or recruitment certification preferred

Compensation Range:
M20 - Min: $33.13-Max: $47.67
