Position Overview

Project Manager for Integration will be a key member of Envoy Solution’s Business Transformation Office (BTO). The role will be responsible for managing critical post-acquisition integration tasks across all functional areas. 50% Travel Required.

Note: This is a REMOTE position with travel required based on business needs.

Responsibilities Include:

Enable / Drive

  • Act as Envoy Solutions representative to the acquired company during the initial phases of integration.
  • Facilitate review of initial integration tasks with newly acquired company key stakeholders and introductory meetings with functional integration representative.
  • Work across functions to ensure that integration activities are completed in a timely manner, identify barriers to completion and actively help resolve barriers.
  • Maintain project schedules, delegating tasks, identifying dependencies, and driving awareness and execution against major due dates.
  • Lead and complete initial data-gathering across key functional areas during the immediate post-close integration phases.
  • Facilitate the formal close of initial integration phase along including progress to plan reporting at ELT level.
  • Act as a peer resource for project management team members to ensure success of projects while maintaining customer service focus.

  • Effectively work with functional integration representatives along with key leaders of acquired companies.
  • Build positive professional relationships with stakeholders.

Track / Communicate

  • Plan, schedule, and control project activities to fulfill objectives and satisfy project requirements.
  • Develop and document high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives.
  • Communicates verbally and in writing with various audiences, including executive management.
  • Develop analytical frameworks to communicate progress aligned to company’s strategy. Enabling effective communication with executive leadership, functional stakeholders and across the company.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of relevant and successful project management experience in a high-change environment.
  • Thorough understanding of business processes, in one or more of the following functional areas finance, supply chain, operations and human resource.
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong decision-making ability.
  • Highly organized, exceptional time management and task prioritization abilities.
  • Proficient in project management software & tools Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to play the role of an effective change agent.
  • Analytical thinker with an aptitude for linking the why and the what.
