Position: Production Worker I

Location: Wausau, WI

Wage: Starting at $20.22 up to $23.08

After 90-day probation and placed on 3rd shift: $21.94

3rd shift shift differential: +$1.00

Shift: 3rd Shift 11PM - 7AM (Week Starts on Sunday Night)

While reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor, the following job description outlines the essential functions of each level of role within the tooling department. The following lists are not exhaustive, and the employee in each of these roles is expected to assume any and all duties assigned by management irrespective of whether such duties are specifically included in the following.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Operators are required to maintain a satisfactory attendance record
  • Finished goods must be within specification and quality expectations
  • Ability to manipulate objects demonstrating mental/muscular coordination
  • Accurate calculation and documentation of production and scrap information as required
  • Effective communication skills including the ability to receive and follow direction and provide feedback as required
  • Capable of basic computer navigation and entry

This position is located in Wausau, WI.

  • Work Schedule is 40-48 average hours/week
  • Frequently lifting and carrying up to 20# with ability to lift up to 40#
  • Bending, twisting, reaching frequently
  • Repetitive finger/hand/wrist movement
  • Continuous standing/walking on concrete surface (8-12Hours)
  • Function as part of departmental team to maintain 6S levels and participate in area audits
  • Carry out additional duties as requested by supervisor
