Your responsibilities

SUMMARY: Operates any and all machines as designated with the proper components and keeps the machine running by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Always follow all Company Safety policies and procedures
• Assist / perform preventive maintenance assignments.
• Operate individual process stations on assigned equipment
• Completes necessary inspections accurately as assigned
• Capable of clearing errors on production lines.
• Report any quality issues or line issue to production Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform changeovers according to Work Instructions
• Accurate completion of associated paperwork and data entry
• Perform 5S and Housekeeping standards.
• Assist / perform scrap counts
• Stock Line with components if required
• Operate a forklift or AGV in a safe manner as required.
• Maintains a working knowledge of safety policies and regulations to ensure duties of self and others are performed in a safe manner.

Your profile

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Ability to read with comprehension to a 9th grade level

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, and feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee will come in frequent contact with machine oils, lubricants and fluids.
