We are looking for a talented individual with a strong legal and/or policy background to join our Consulting team! Policy Analysts will defend our Client’s integrity by fighting fraud, technology abuse, and develop state-of-the-art product policies. Policy Advisor will support the Client's organization and focus efforts on reducing risk and protecting the experience of users and business partners across our Client’s expanding product portfolio. Policy Analyst will interface with Legal, Public Policy, PR and Engineering to set policies and combat fraud and abuse in a scalable way. Come be a part of something GREAT!

Responsibilities:

• The Policy contractor will be responsible for identifying and implementing the policy changes needed across client’s product portfolio to align policies and support policy launches

• Will identify products that need policy language updates given new policy launches, redraft old product policies to align with new launches

• Review policy language and suggest consistent language, catalogue all current and new policies by policy type, ensure all policy documents are updated with current information

• Provide input to Client’s central home page, conduct research as needed for policy development, help draft and edit policy documents and presentations

• Assist policy support tasks necessary for policy workstreams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement content and developer policies for Client’s products

• Work with Stakeholder teams to resolve escalations from users and internal stakeholders

• Collaborate with teams to automate review processes, improve user experience for policy-related issues and provide trainings

• Drive awareness and understanding of our product policies within organization

• Provide support as needed to Client Stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• 5 years of relevant Product policy development work experience

• Experience in Internet and/or Content policy development

• Experience using data and technology to solve complex business problems coupled with a proven ability to exercise judgment even in a crisis

• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• Experience with advanced product and/or program management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate or Master's in Public Policy

• Experience with a range of policies and direct knowledge of the technology sector or the key issues impacting the Web

• Experience working with a broad array of cross-functional stakeholders

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Consultant is able to work remote temporarily due to Covid but team will return to the office by the end of the year.
