Service locations can include Farmington, Park Hills, Desloge, and possibly Bonne Terre. You will be providing personal care services to multiple patients, which includes assisting them with general housekeeping duties (laundry, taking out the trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, doing dishes, etc.)... you may also be assisting with direct personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, and toileting assistance). The goal of LIFE INC is to help our consumers remain at home as long as possible (as an alternative to expensive and often unattainable care at a nursing facility). Most people prefer to live out their golden years in the comfort of their own home; they simply need an extra hand with remaining independent at home! Pay for In-Home caregivers is $14/hour. If you are scheduled to work multiple shifts, you will be paid drive time between shifts as well. Worried about the high cost of rising gas prices? Ask about becoming a FLOATER AIDE... a floater aide helps cover call-outs and fills in for shifts that currently do not have any staff available. While the weekly hours may vary, a floater aide gets to use a LIFE INC company car and will never have to pay for gas! We are looking to hire one regular caregiver and one floater caregiver.

***BEGINNING JULY 1st, ALL LIFE IN-HOME AIDES WILL RECEIVE:***
* An hourly wage increase to $14/hour (with the exception of training hours, training hours are still paid at minimum wage)

* Paid Time Off (PTO) with a cash-out option at 1/2 your regular hourly rate
* Monthly bonus opportunity when any of the following criteria are met:
1. Picking up 5 or more shifts that are still unassigned
2. Maintain a 40-hour work week average
3. Accept a new, permanent client
Bonus criteria: If you meet any of the criteria above, ALL hours worked for that month will be increased to $15/hour (and added to your paycheck on the 2nd Friday of the following month)

If you average at least 31 hours of completed work each week for three months, you'll be eligible for health insurance through United Healthcare. Staff are paid weekly (each Friday) and all Missouri/Federal holidays are paid at $19.50/hour, Christmas Day is $26/hour. While our agency performs random drugs tests (through ODACS), we do allow our staff to possess a Missouri Medical Marijuana certification. Should a MO MMJ patient test positive for THC during a random drug test, they are exempt from disciplinary action. However - a MO MMJ card DOES NOT exclude you from having to take a test. If any other non-prescribed substances are found during your screening, you may be subject to termination.

Experience is preferred, but not necessary. Some of the best caregivers we have came to us with ZERO prior caregiving experience. We will train you!
