We are currently hiring for a part time Payroll/ Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our rapidly growing team! The ideal candidate will need to have a wide breadth of experience including general bookkeeping, payroll, billing/invoicing, account reconciliation, etc. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our clients in order to help them with their accounting needs. This is a strong customer service role and the ideal candidate identifies themself as a problem solver, fixer, coach and wower.

This is a fully remote position with flexible work hours, it will be 10-30 hours per week but we are looking for someone who is willing to grow with us!

• Proven bookkeeping and payroll processing experience.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Gusto, ADP, Kelly, Bamboo HR, and other ERP and Payroll software’s.
• Proven ability to calculate, cost and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers and strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
