Easy Song (EasySong.com), one of the music industry's leading rights and permissions businesses, is looking for strong candidates who are ready to join this established Minnetonka-based company. We are experts in the niche market of registering music rights and securing music copyright permissions for indie artists, record labels, advertising firms, video production companies, corporations, manufacturers, and studios, and we do so on a global scale. We want optimistic, driven, hard-working, passionate individuals that believe music is better for everyone when artists thrive.

We are seeking ambitious, sales-minded individuals with superior people skills, outstanding computer skills, an ironclad work ethic, and a burning desire to lead the music industry forward. These individuals must be comfortable wearing many hats; they should expect to learn quickly, serve customers over the phone with confidence and patience, manage a high volume of projects at the same time, hit sales targets, and aspire to grow and advance in the company.

This is a full-time hourly position with commissions, bonuses, and opportunities for rapid advancement. Opportunities for generous benefits and paid time off within the first year.

• Must be an outstanding communicator with sales or customer service experience, able to establish relationships with all types of personalities.
• Must be available to work in the office, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
• Must be an effective time manager.
• Superior speed and skill on a computer is desired.
• Formal education is a plus, but is not required.
• Music industry experience is not required. We will train you.
