AES Clean Technology, Inc. (AES) is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our Engineering team in Suwanee, GA. The individual must have previous experience in Engineering and Maintenance or continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting with roles of increasing responsibility. An in-depth knowledge of continuous improvement, capacity planning, problem solving, and execution is a must. The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented, have a sense of urgency and is relentless in pursuing operational excellence.

Job Requirements: *

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years’ experience.
• Excellent computer including typing and the use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Proven leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, write and perform non-complex mathematical calculations
• Ability to pay attention to detail, multi-task and follow direction
• Clean room design and manufacturing knowledge and experience desired.
• Excellent skills in systems and production planning tools.
• Can work well in a fast-paced environment.
• History of documented successes.
• Ability to trouble-shoot issues, solve problems.

This position is on site at our Manufacturing facility located in Suwanee, GA.
