JOB PURPOSE:

**Must have manufacturing plant experience to be considered**

To prepare and manage all the Financial Analysis activities for Norcross plant and duties as required.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

BBA degree in accounting

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

· 3 to 5 years of experience in financial management with increasing responsibilities

for multi-faceted direction and planning in a manufacturing environment.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: (Preferred qualifications)

· Master’s degree in accounting

· CPA or CMA is preferred or in progress

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Prepares Monthly Closing Package.

· Performs Balance Sheet & P&L Reconciliations.

· Inventory – Prepare and analyze the monthly Inventory Report and coordinate the

annual physical inventory / reconciliation with a cross functional team

· Analyzes business units expense spending and maintains spending track to budget.

· Assist in preparation of budget/forecasts for any of the Carrollton business units.

· Prepares business profitability analysis for the business segments.

· Works and Supports Senior Management to evaluate new business opportunities.

· Assists in ad-hoc projects for process improvements for internal processes in addition

to ERP changes.

· Assists the Plant Controller as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

· Promote Safety First

· Extensive knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems to supply the most accurate financial information.

· Extensive knowledge of SAP, or equivalent, is preferred.

· Advanced Excel, Power Point, MS Word Skills required.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

· Always maintains the highest levels of honesty and integrity in line with OFS Code of Financial Conduct
