The Maintenance Tech-II is responsible for the maintenance of all food and packaging/fulfillment production equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must follow all FDA, USDA machine maintenance regulations
• Help with training of staff on equipment maintenance and repair
• Setup, calibrate, monitor, run and troubleshoot to ensure efficient performance of machinery
• Electric trouble shooting, experienced in 480V 3 phase environment
• Complete ownership/maintenance of equipment
• Daily oversight of all equipment operations
• Ability to identify maintenance issues in advance avoid equipment outage
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned

Job Requirements

• Experience with commercial bakery equipment such as: Grote, Riser V-Mag 500, Conveyor, Hobart and Gemini mixers, Babbco Oven, LOMA X-ray, and various packing equipment.
• Refrigeration (Ammonia) and HVAC experience a big plus
• Minimum (5) years' experience equipment maintenance preferred in large scale commercial bakery
• analytical ability, good judgment, initiative, attention to detail, drive for change, getting organizational support, building ownership and commitment, making though decisions and developing others.
• Must work flexible hours

Physical and Mental Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position, move and/or position oneself, communicate, operate and/or prepare, place, position objects, tools, or controls. The employee must occasionally move packages weighing up to 50 lb. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close observation and the ability to adjust focus. Working Environment:

Work is performed in a manufacturing/warehouse environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
