Logistics Team Member Job at Noted Candles
ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will be onsite in our Workshop for roughly 20 hours per week. During your shifts you will be responsible for:
- Fulfillment of online and wholesale orders including packaging and shipping,
- Engaging with customers in our onsite Retail Shop,
- Managing inventory levels of finish products,
- Ensuring an incredibly high bar for product quality and consistency,
- Administration of our customer facing platforms including but not limited to: Shopify, and Faire.
- Working with the Workshop Team to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Must have experience using Shopify.
- Must have experience in fulfillment for an Ecommerce business.
- Must have experience in a brick and mortar retail setting.
REQUIREMENTS + APPLICATION
- Applicants must be able to work up to 20 hours per week, in person at our Allston, MA Workshop. Note: as of Jan 1, 2023 we will be moving to a new location, more information will be provided in the interview process.
- This role requires physical work, with full shifts being on your feet, and requires lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. You must be comfortable with that to be qualified for this role.
