About us

Level Up Preschool provide full time child care services to children from 1 to 6 year old. We are located in Hayward, CA.

At our preschool, we believes that the primary purpose of early childhood education is to help each child thrive through love of learning and exploration. We provide child-centered, developmentally appropriate program that balances structure and exploration, allows children to acquire new skills and gain confidence and motivation from their emerging abilities.

We have well-equipped classrooms and an outside environment which includes a large playground with lots of area to run, climb, jump and ride bikes.

We are seeking multiple full time lead infant/toddler Teacher for children age 12-24 months old to join our teaching team. This position is responsible for the care of the students, managing diaper changing, potty training, sanitizing the classroom, cleaning after meals and activities and coaching the children as they develop self-help skills.

Skills necessary:

• develop fun activities to engage young children.
• instruct young children about rules of conduct and perform new tasks.
• follow and enhance curriculum and pick appropriate teaching method.
• adapt to children’s different learning styles.
• Ability to build relationship and communicate effectively with children and parents.
• MUST love children and like to be around them.

Education and Training Requirements:

• 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units required
• infant/Toddler experience is must
• Montessori experience is preferred
• COVID-19 fully vaccinated
• Live Scan fingerprints clearance
• Current TB test clearance
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
• Must be available to work Full Time
