As a vast growing organization located in Long Island Suffolk County area and is currently accepting resumes for our FT Lead Fulfillment Associate position. The selected candidate will assist and train other fulfillment associates and ensure product is properly packed and wrapped according to company standards. This position has an opportunity for growth in the near future. This position is based out of the Hauppauge Industrial Park area working Monday thru Friday normal work hours 8am to 4:30pm with potential overtime when needed and/or during busy season.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to,

• Execute order requests including location, packing and shipping of the merchandise while maintaining exceptional customer service experience.
• Operate Hi-Lo when necessary
• Operate pallet jack when necessary
• Ensure prepared merchandise are to be delivered in good condition
• Monitor process of merchandise in a timely fashion
• Oversee second Fulfillment Associate correctly handles and prepares merchandise
• Participate in other support functions as needed by supervisor

What You'll Need To Be Successful:

• Must be a team player, dependable and reliable
• Ability to regularly lift and move items up to 50lbs without assistance
• May involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stopping, climbing ladders
• Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Must be available to work assigned shift and overtime if required
• Ability to follow orders with minimum supervision
• Ability to write and speak effectively in English
• Knowledge of Spanish preferred but not required
• Ability to follow safety standards
• Ability to be on-call for emergency situations
