Responsibilities
- Deliver computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Offer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
- Rectify computer problems, and suggest appropriate action/solutions
- Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
- Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
- hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
- Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
- 2+ years of desktop support or other related experience
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- Wide ranging experience with Hardware Troubleshooting
- Experience with VOIP (voice over IP)
- Skills in Desktop Support
- Good understanding of Switch Routers
- Previous experience working with switches
- Quality experience with Basic Troubleshooting
- Prior experience with Comptia Network+
- Earlier work involving routers
- Practical knowledge of Basic Network Troubleshooting
- Common Scripting experience
- Basic Programming experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with Comptia Security+
- Strong familiarity with Basic Programming
- Well-founded grasp of ERP Solutions
- Proven knowledge of enterprise resource planning
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- General familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10
- Comprehension of Active Directory
- Experience with Comptia A+
