Senior Consultants work as part of a team or individually, providing expertise during implementation, upgrade or redesign projects. General requirements include hands-on experience with implementations and/or upgrades of the Infor Lawson application suites along with project leadership and practical expertise.
Senior Consultants work directly with client staff providing hands-on leadership, process design, application build support, training, testing, go-live support and change management. Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must have 5+ years as an Infor Lawson consultant, including 5+ years in your given area of expertise (ie: Project Managment, Financials, HR Payroll, Procurement, Technical).
- Preferably experienced with V9, V10 and 11 versions of Lawson
- Active participation in at least 1 end-to-end implementation or upgrade of Lawson
- Lawson certification or a solid base of formal classroom training
Infor CloudSuite Financials
- Experience with Lawson: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Matching, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Activities Management, Budgeting, Billing and Revenue Management, Forecasting, Grants Management, etc.
Infor CloudSuite HCM
- Experience with Lawson: Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, Manager and Employee Self Services, Absence Management, Lawson Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, etc.
Infor CloudSuite SCM
- Experience with Lawson: Inventory Control, Purchasing, Requisitions, AP/Matching, Order Entry/Management, eProcurement, Contract Management, EDI, etc.
Infor CloudSuite Technical
- Experience with customized development of data conversion programs, extract programs, interfaces and reports using LAWSON’s Application Development Toolset
- Ability to perform or actively participate in a wide variety of project related tasks, including: program design; specification development; data mapping; conversation mapping; interface mapping; coding; test script development; unit testing; quality assurance; end-to-end system testing; installation of customized programs; user and technical level documentation; and production cutover.
