Position Description: New Client Onboarding Implementation Specialist Full Time

The Onboarding Implementation Specialist is responsible for engaging new clients and managing the full implementation phase. This position is the Client's main point of contact during implementation and is responsible for the overall client success and satisfaction during the implementation of our products/services. This individual will work collaboratively with all departments to coordinate services to new clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
Completes Client shell set up and dashboard creation in PrismHR (HRIS) for new clients.
Oversee client onboarding experience to ensure all teams are meeting timelines
Accurately configure the PrismHR payroll system to reflect the needs of a new client, and audit client data to ensure accuracy
Manages multiple client implementations, runs first payroll(s), research and resolve any client implementation issues in a timely manner to optimize client satisfaction and trains newly onboarded clients.
Ensure client is trained and comfortable with the PrismHR system; ensuring all products and applications are functioning correctly
Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with clients and team members to promote a quality service image and environment; ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support departments
Consults with clients to determine payroll, HR, and benefit needs and recognize Client business concerns to recommend and implement and appropriate solution.
Responsible for understanding our Service Types and Service Model, to better facilitate Client transition to the ongoing Service Model.
Qualifications:
PRISM HR experience is desired.
HR/Payroll Outsourcing and/or PEO industry knowledge
Experience learning a new payroll system and experience training other users is preferred; hands-on experience with PrismHR is desired
Payroll & Tax subject matter knowledge
Analytical skills
