In our company, the Host/Hostess has a number of responsibilities to ensure our clients are always satisfied. You would be responsible for greeting customers, serving and explaining the menu. You must be polite, friendly, patient and organized. Besides being a great host, you should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with different people from different backgrounds. Our ideal candidate should also have good conflict solving skills, as you’ll have to manage complaints in a discrete way to meet our customers’ expectations.
