Hiring Division GM
SC2 is an 100% employee-owned company that is rapidly growing and looking for an enthusiastic candidate to lead our Hiring Division.
The goal of the Hiring Division General Manager is to create, improve, and manage a productive and fulfilling work environment for all hiring office employees, managers, and regional managers. This goal will be accomplished by working together with the Director to create clear strategic objectives that meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals. The core duties of the GM will include legal compliance of hiring practices, setting performance standards for offices and regions, and create and maintain effective data collection methods for KPIs.
Responsibilities:
The GM will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the overall health of hiring operations throughout the organization. The health of the hiring division will be directly related to the GM’s ability to successfully conduct scheduled meetings with staff, establish effective KPIs, oversee Application Tracking System, and effective candidate evaluation and placement.
- All staff are knowledgeable and engaged in hiring practices according to state and federal laws.
- Defined communication channels
- Roles and Responsibilities clearly defined for office staff
- Creation and Maintenance of data collection methods
- Applicant Tracking System (Posting Strategy, Cost per Applicant, etc...)
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc...)
- Project Management (MS Project, Teams, or similar software)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3(+) years of supervision/management experience (EE Evaluation, Conflict Management, Effective Communication with Leadership)
- 2(+) years of HR supervisory or management experience( Record Keeping, Payroll, Corrective Action, Handbook Policy)
- 2(+) years of systems experience (Kronos or similar system)
- Familiar with SharePoint and Teams

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
