Title: Help Desk/Desktop Support
Location: 10 Park Place South SE, Atlanta, GA, 30303
Duration: 3+ Months (Temp to Hire)
Shift Timings: M-F 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay rate: 24/hr on W2
Job Description:
- Desktop Support Under supervision, assist customers with tier one issues or forward to second tier support for issues beyond their subject matter expertise.
- Work and communicate with state employees, internal customers, and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations.
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, printers, desk, and cell phones
- Analyze staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost efficiency and accuracy
- Execute documentation, implementation, testing, and administration, and ensure components meet business needs and work together seamlessly
- Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
- Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed.
- Three years of experience in IT
- Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- A+ Certification

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
