Reviewer Duties
- Make fair and unbiased final payment decisions based on company guidelines, IFR Requirements Related to Surprise Billing and guidance published by the Departments responsible for oversight of the Federal IDREs.
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of one year of experience drafting arbitration agreements.
- Must have completed arbitration training by the American Arbitration Association, the American Health Law Association, or a similar organization.
- Must attest that no conflict of interest exists prior to rendering a payment determination.
