We Currently have an opening for a Maintenance Groundskeeper position at our Walden, NY facility! We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package including production bonuses and a sign on bonus!

Hourly Rate: $22 + Production Bonus + Perfect Attendance Bonus + Overtime

Shift: Monday - Friday and occasional weekends when needed.

• 7am-4pm **hours may very depending on weather and business needs**

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• All season grounds maintenance including lawn care and snow removal and any other facility related maintenance tasks
• Operation of all lawn equipment, snow blowers and bobcat machines
• Assist anyone in the maintenance shop
• Fill in on bailer as needed
• Forklift driver, or ability to become certified
• Garbage removal both internally and externally
• Assist with Housekeeping and substitute as needed
• Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance.

• Mechanically inclined.
• Work outdoors during cold winter months and hot summer months.

• Must be able to adhere to company policy, safety rules and regulations, and wear PPE.
