Position Description:

You will learn about safety precautions and be expected to be compliant at all times. You will interact with general contractors, building owners, and their employees. You may work on different sites with different crews doing a variety of jobs, so having skills in several areas, in addition to being able to communicate with people is very important!

**Epoxy floor installation experience is needed**

Responsibilities:

• Experience in Resinous/Epoxy floor coatings. (3 years minimum)

• Must be able to install an integral cove base.

• Experience in Urethane and mortar systems.

• Documentation for each project; pictures, tracking reports, completion forms, etc.

• Maintain tools and equipment on all sites.

• Experience with: Grinding, polishing, coating, sealing, surface preparation, and repairs is a plus.

Requirements:

• Must have minimum of 1-2 years of epoxy flooring experience

• Must have a good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety.

• Able to lift a minimum of 50 Lb.

• Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, etc. as the job requires

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be customer service oriented

• Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards.

• Willing to travel and work all shifts

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with local laws/regulations.

• Upon hire, all candidates will be required to complete OSHA 30 and Respirator Fit Training. All training will be completed in the first week of being hired.

• OSHA 30 and all Training is paid for by the company.
