Rolling Oaks sits next to the beautiful Rolling Oaks Golf Course, an 18-hole playground in Barron, WI. We serve sit down meals and take-out Tuesday through Sunday. Catering for weddings, corporate events and special occasions are an added specialty. Brief Description – Available work hours are generally 4 PM – 9:30 PM Tuesday through Friday and Saturday' 4 – 9:30 PM. Choose what night or nights work for you. You'll work hard but make $10.35 up to $20 or more per hour!

Provide outstanding wait service to ensure 100% satisfaction by all customers. Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages. Make menu recommendations including suggestive selling, answer questions and share additional information with all patrons.

Responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information about menus, beer and alcoholic beverages when appropriate and collecting payment. Servers must be team players and able to effectively communicate with our kitchen and bar staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Ultimately, it’s the duty of Servers to provide an excellent overall dining experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

➢ Greet and escort customers to their tables.
➢ Present menu and provide information when asked (e.g., portion size, ingredients or potential food allergies).
➢ Inform customers about the day’s specials.
➢ Up-sell additional food and beverage products when applicable.
➢ Take accurate food and drink orders using order slips.
➢ Check customer identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of beer, wine and alcoholic beverages.

➢ Communicate order details to kitchen and bar staff.

➢ Serve food and drink orders.

➢ Deliver checks and collect payment.
➢ Maintain a tidy dining area.
➢ Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
➢ Assist with cleaning the dining room, bar, entryway and restrooms.
➢ Provide excellent customer service to guests.

Servers must be a minimum of 15 years old. Food safety training is a plus. We'll train the right person.
