Finance Specialist (Full Time)

Overview

Payroll processing and execution: Timecard collection, submit payroll, process 401K distributions/funding, maintain PTO file, and track all capital contributions and investments.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

· Submits payroll and assists in management of PTO

· Process biweekly 401(k) distributions for participating employees

· Track all incoming risk capital contributions and all investments for each performance year

· Maintain various investment files and supporting documentation

· Assist in QB vendor entry and accounts payable / accounts receivable

· Collect all incoming receipts for credit card use and payment authorization

· Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents

· Implement and support healthcare initiative projects

· Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents

· File and retrieve documents and reference materials

· Liaise with internal staff at all levels

· Interact with physician members and external vendors

Education and Experience

· Two (2) years’ QuickBooks experience

· Two (2) years’ office environment with bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred

· Three (3) years’ experience providing support at a high level

· Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as QuickBooks, tax software, and Microsoft Suite

· Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures

· Bachelor’s degree an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
