The Fence Company is a new fence installation business in Salt Lake City, UT. We are customer-centric, fun, fast-paced and our belief is that happy employees create happy customers. Attention to detail: Fence installers need to have attention to detail to ensure they install fences correctly. They need to make sure the fence is straight and level and that the posts are in the ground correctly. Attention to detail is also important when measuring the fence to ensure it’s the correct size.

Physical stamina: Fence installers often work outdoors and may be exposed to extreme weather conditions. They may also be required to lift heavy materials and equipment. Physical stamina is important for this job because it allows you to work for long periods of time without getting tired.

Problem-solving skills: Fence installers use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that arise during installation. For example, they may need to find a solution to a problem with a tool or a problem with a fence post that doesn’t fit properly. They may also use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues with customer service, such as when a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the work.

Ability to work independently: Fence installers often work alone or with one other person. They may need to drive long distances to reach their job sites and may need to lift heavy materials. Working independently means having the ability to complete tasks on time and with accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
