Job Summary and Qualifications

Provides strategic direction and leadership to promote, develop and assist with fostering innovation and excellence in nursing practice throughout the division. Assist with the application of research, performance improvement and evidenced-based care at the bedside. Oversee and coordinate the Magnet/Pathways to Excellence Journey, assuring principles are hardwired into the organization through coordination, education and consultation with leadership.

What qualifications you will need:

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital operations

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
