This is a hybrid remote role that we can hire for in the Madison, Milwaukee or Green Bay areas. This person must be willing to work at our offices in Madison, Milwaukee or Green Bay occasionally as needed.

Job Summary
The Digital Product Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of a digital product, from inception to launch and continues to support the digital product through enhancements and new features or functionality. They are responsible for the product management and product performance analysis/score carding of the assigned Consumer or Business Products. Major areas of responsibility are (1) Core Product Management (creating and managing the product set), including Product Development, Product Enhancement and Maintenance, and Product Planning/Portfolio Management, and (2) Applied Product Management (the collaboration with other stakeholders to bring the products to market), including Pricing, Marketing/Promotions, Informing and Supporting Product Distribution, and Informing Forecasting and Reporting, while Monitoring and Maintaining Compliance. Expected to work closely with business partners in Marketing Advisory, Compliance, Operations, Customer Care, Business Line Risk, Legal and Customer Experience. Constant communication about the environment including competition, compliance concerns, and strategic direction with Branch Banking and Community Market teams is required. Play a key role in managing the IT systems development by partnering with the scrum engineering team, and work closely with Finance in measuring and tracking financial performance.

Job Accountabilities

• Prioritize the roadmap epics and features.
• Develop and maintain the digital product roadmap.
• Strategic focus on the product vision, business objectives, and market trends.
• Represents platform in LOB strategic prioritization discussions.
• Deep understanding of key customers, target markets, and existing product.
• Develop the business case for the product/platform in partnership with LOB.
• Be the platform expert and pinpoint the customer needs a product/feature will fill.
• Coordinate with Delivery and Channel Engagement teams to align releases and manage change.
• Represents platform in vendor roadmap prioritization discussions.
• Position the product/platform for optimal adoption and utilization to drive continuous value.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business, Communications, or IT related. Required
• Master's Degree Business, Communications, or IT related. Preferred

• 6+ years of Product Management experience. Required
• 4+ years solving unique problems with broad impact on the business; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions. Required
• 4+ years of Scrum Agile Methodology experience. Preferred
