Dental Office Manager/Front Desk. This is an Endodontic office, we specialize in Root Canals.
Requirements:
- Must have knowledge of Dentrix software
- Scheduling appts., (dental insurance: in network/out of network - PPO, HMO, (collecting and verifying patient coverage status), (limits on exams per yr.), (limits on root canal retreatments per period)
- Calculating - maximum remaining balance, procedural coverages, copays, deductibles, non-covered services, submitting claims electronically and by regular mail and tracking and receiving written verification, EOBs explanation of benefits, EFTs electronic fund transfers, posting payment correctly into patient ledgers, making sure EFT payments are in the bank account.], answering phones, dealing with some difficult patients, communication with referring offices, running daily, weekly, monthly reports, etc.,
- Bookkeeping skills is beneficial
Must demonstrate competency in the above tasks before being hired, by being at my office for at least a day or more and showing me that you know what you’re doing (will compensate for your time if appropriate). And if hired you will be on a trail run for a period of time.
