Job Description –

· United Architectural Metals is looking for a full-time Construction Production Supervisor. They will be responsible for supervising a production team, loves to lead that team and drive success, motivate a strong work ethic, and ensure production levels are met. The production supervisor will also be sure to enable a safe working environment, that is efficient, effective and produces the highest quality product for our clients.

Skills for Construction Production Lead:

· The ability to lead a team to achieve their daily goals

· Effective at managing conflict

· Attention to detail

· Motivating a strong work ethic

· Basic computer skills are helpful

· Experience with Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel is helpful

· Can lift 70 pounds

· Can Read Blueprints

· Tools Skills

o Included but not limited to reading a tape measure, running an impact drill, drill, claw hammer.

· Demonstrates leadership and motivational skills that achieve productivity, quality, and safety.

· Highly organized with strong analytical skills

Responsibilities for Construction Production Lead:

· Will be responsible for leading the production team in an encouraging manner establishing a high productivity working environment

· Effectively handling any conflict or pushback that may arise on the production team

· Leading by example showing a hard work ethic and helping employees achieve their goals.
